Mr. Maxwell Kongkuah is the Assistant Registrar in charge of the Directorate of Academic Planning and Quality Assurance at ReCAS. He holds a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Ghana and a BSc. degree in Actuarial Science from the University for Development Studies. Prior to joining ReCAS, Mr. Kongkuah taught at the Graduate School of Jiangsu University.
Mr. Kongkuah believes in the importance of practical, hands-on learning and the development of research skills. He places a strong emphasis on critical thinking and independent inquiry in the learning process and values the mentorship and guidance of students as they grow and develop in their field of study.
His research focuses on Applied Economics, with a particular interest in Green Finance, Environmental Economics, Energy Economics, and Sustainability Reporting.
