The academic life of Regentropfen University College takes places at two levels:
1. The academic departments undertake the operational activities of their respective programmes under the supervision of the Registry and the Office of the Vice President.
2. The Directorate for Academic Planning and Quality Assurance coordinates and ensures that all academic programmes and departments meet the overall target of the University College, thereby ensuring that all students receive the same standard of education required by the University College.
