Stanley Appiah Essuman has been appointed as the assistant program coordinator for the Basic Education Department. He had his basic education at New Man International Preparatory School Kade in the Eastern Region of Ghana and secondary school education at Abuakwa State College, Kyebi also in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He speaks English and Twi. He holds a BED in Basic Education and an M.Phil Basic Education (Mathematics) from the University Education Winneba and currently pursuing another M.Phil. in Mathematics Education at the C.K. Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences.
Mr. Essuman aims at approaching his teaching and research based on creativity, integrity, ingenuity, hard work, and responsiveness. He also aims at nurturing young minds in an enabling environment that values students’ individual contribution amid respect for diversity to help produce what he calls the 21st Century teachers. Mr. Stanley Appiah Essuman is a passionate person whose quest for knowledge and organizational experience is insurmountable. It is in this regard that he joined ReCAS in 2019 to contribute constructively to the attainment of the college’s vision while open to knowledge. He likes to spend his leisure moments with his family and gets much joy in reading and exercising.
As a result of his eagerness to help improve the educational standard of Ghana, Stanley derives much enthusiasm in research in the areas of Assessment in Mathematics, Research Methods, and Mathematics Curriculum.
